July 10th 1944, be approved as read: carried, Mogren,.White.and Clark voting:aye on

Moved by'White, seconded by Mogren that the follpwing'claims be'allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows° Current Expense $3,009.41° City Street

Move(i-by .Clark, seconded by Mogren that this'being the time for the hearing on Resolu-
tion No. 0-628, providing for the construction of a Portland Cement concrete sidewalk
on the ea.et side of South 7th Street from Beech Street to Race Street, and there being
no objections -in writing or otherwi -se to said improvement or any "part thereof; it is
ordered that -the ordinance creatingg a local improvement district be passed as finally
read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on"roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -513, AN ORDINANCE;'providing for the improvement -of certain.property in
the City of Yakima, Washington'by the construction of:a Portland Cement.Concrete
Sidewalk; establishing a Local Improvement District; providing the method of payment
therefore and creating a special fund.
