C_524, A.,RESOLUTION authorizing the construction of a.relief storm sewer on First Avenue North by Speas Company and the use of said drain by said Company. - _WHEREAS the Speas - Company which is located. outside the City Limits of Yakima. desires to use the. sewer facilities of the- City of Yakima to which it is now connected on a temporary basis;,and, WHEREAS the existing sewer drain is not sufficient to service said Speas Company and the customers within the.City of Yakima on North First Avenue where the drain. desired m be- used is located and Speas Company' has offered to. construct a new relief-drain in return for continued -permission to-Maintain-its existing con- nection with the. .City drain. - __ _ ..NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY,COMMISSION; 1. The City of Yakima does hereby grant permission to the Speas Company to install and construct a relief drain or relief storm sewer 12 inches in diameter, the -same to be aocated on First Avenue. North 2 feet east of.the east edge of the pavement beginning at the P.P.& L. wasteway and - extendi- ng- Northwee_terly parallel - with the East -line of-said First.- Avenue North, a distance of 555 .feet.
