person, live streamed at www.yakimawa.gov and telecast live on Y-PAC, Spectrum Cable

B. Discussion regarding a proposed Charter amendment that provides the Council an
opportunity to remove members for failure to attend meetings, that amends certain
sections to be consistent with state law, and that makes other changes staff believes
would be beneficial to the City
6. Consent Agenda
Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without
discussion. A Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved,
it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration.

E. Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with Central Washington Asphalt to
rehabilitate the East General Aviation Apron at the Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field
F. Resolution authorizing a reimbursement agreement with the Washington State
Department of Health for the COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Site
G. Resolution authorizing a Contract with MBI Construction Service Inc for the Henry
Beauchamp Jr Community Center HVAC Project 2551
H. Ordinance amending the City of Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 1.09: Office Hours
7. Public Comment
Community members are invited to address items listed on the meeting agenda. There will be 35 minutes
allotted for public comment with two and a half (2.5) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much
opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are
strongly encouraged.

Unappropriated Fund Balances within various Funds for expenditure during 2021 for various
