Discussion regarding a proposed Charter amendment that provides the Council an opportunity to remove members for failure to attend meetings, that amends certain sections to be consistent with state law, and that makes other changes staff believes would be beneficial to the City 6. Resolution authorizing a reimbursement agreement with the Washington State Department of Health for the COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Site G. Resolution authorizing a Contract with MBI Construction Service Inc for the Henry Beauchamp Jr Community Center HVAC Project 2551 H. Ordinance amending the City of Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 1.09: Office Hours 7. Public Comment Community members are invited to address items listed on the meeting agenda.
