MoveA by Clark, seconded by White that this being the time for the hearing on Resolutio No. C -590, providing for the vacation of that portion of the alley between the east side of North First Avenue and the west side of the Northern Pacific right of way, bounded on the north by lot 7 and on the south'--by lots 4, .5, & 6 of Block E of Mill View addition, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said vacation of said property or a.ny part thereof, it is ordered that the ordina.n.ce vacating said property and every part thereof be passed as finally read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark,voting aye on roll call. Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that Ordinance No. B -603 be passed as finally read: carried, Mogren, White and.Clark voting aye on roll call, RESOLUTION N0, 0-593, WHEREAS, by ordinance it is provided that on the first Monday in February of each year, the City Commission of the City of.Yakima, Washington, shall pam a resolution prescribing the form of contract for the city advertising for the en- suing year; 7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.CITY COMMISSION, that the form of contract for the city advertising for the ensuing year shall be in substantial- ly the form hereto attached and made a part hereof, and the city clerk is hereby direct ed to give notice for sealed. proposals for a contract for doing the city advertising for the ensuing year by publishing the same in the newspaper doing the city printing and advertising for two successive issues, which notice shall contain a general state- ment of the Terms of the contract to be let, together with the time and. place when said bids will be opened, and providing that any and all bids may be rejected. Feser, a portion of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 13 North, Ranee 19, E. W. M.; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That there be leased to S. J.,Feser that part of the property described in the caption hereof, not used or occupied by the City of Yakima or by the company making fertilizer thereon, at a cash rental of One Hundred and 00 /100 Dollars ($100.00)., Said Lease to be in accordance with the terms and provisions of that certain lease attached hereto; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized, impowered, and directed to execute said lease on,behalf of the City of Yakima.. WHEREAS, The City'of Yakima is the owner of the following described real property situated In Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: Lot 11, Block 56, Original Town of North,Yakima (now Yakima) according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of Yakima Cdunty, County of Yakima, State of Washington, to said City of Yakima., on sale of said property for delinquent taxes, and - WHEREAS, It appears to be for the best interest of said City of Yakima to sell said premises to Admiral W. Hartford and Vera Hartfor, husband and wife, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
