Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of January
3s 1944 be approved as read.; carried, Mogren-, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that there re being no further business to come before
the Board, we do now adjourn; carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on 'rall call.
