Moved. by Mogren, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, September 21, 1942 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark vot-
ing aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that there being no further business to come
before the Board, we do now adj.ourn to meet Wednesday, September 30, 1942 at nine
o!clock A.-M: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ADJOURNED MEETING, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 1942, 9 A. M.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that the payrolls for the month of September,
1942 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various

$377.34; Library $795.93; F. R. & P. $907.05; P- R. & P. $140.00; Cemetery $26
