The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved-by Mogren, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon"--
day, August 31, 1942 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting
aye on roll call.
Moved•by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: City Street $852.15; Sanitation
$1,000.10; Irrigation $148.40; Park $397.42; Cemetery $120.63• Cemetery Care $419.37;
Parking Meter $513.82; C.S.P. #35 $147.90; City Street Mtse. 1229.02: carried, Mogren,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -578. entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering
Local-Improvement District No. 581, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -563,
of the ordinances of the City of Yakima1°, was introduced by Clark and read by the City
Clerk.
