ORDINANCE NO. B -572, entitled, AN ORDINANCE amending subdivision (a) of Section 69 of
Ordinance No. B -131, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating traffic, travel
and transportation and their incidents upon the streets and other ways open to the pub-
lic; prescribing the powers and duties of officers and others in relation thereto; de-
fining offenses; providing penalties and repealing certain ordinances concerned with
or relating to the subject matter of this ordinance, and declaring an emergency "; pro-

RESOLUTION NO. C -552, WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Commission of the
City of Yakima, a budget covering the detailed estimate of all expenditures proposed
to be made by the City of Yakima for the ensuing fiscal year and a statement of the
probable revenue from sources other than taxatidn for the ensuing fiscal year, in the
manner and,form prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, the same has been considered by the City Commission in
detail and such revisions and additions made as has been deemed advisable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
That the aforesaid budget be and
approved as the budget for the City of Yakima for the
Clerk is hereby directed to give notice that said budg
on file, and a copy thereof will be furnished any taxp
