The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Washburn that the minuteslof the regular meeting,of Monday,
July 13th, 1942 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that the following claims be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $663.18• City
Street $265..79; Cemetery,$5.00; Irrigation. $31.70; Park $108:84.and Crusher 48°59:
carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on rolljcall.
ORDINANCE N0. B -5.66, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE regulating the operation of aircraft in
the City,of Yakima; and providing a penalty for the violation thereof, and declaring
an emergency.",..was introduced by.Mogren and read by the City Clerk.

reading and read by title only:. carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
