The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren.and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting,of Monday,
July 6th,. 1942 be approved as read: carried, Mogren,. Washburn and Clark voting_ aye on
roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that the following. payrolls be allowed and the.
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants in payment thereof as follows: Sanitation Dept.

Moved by Washburn, seconded by.Mogren, that this beingg the time for the hearing on, the
assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 57a,.,and there being,no objections in
writing or otherwise to said assessment roll,. or any part thereof;. it is ordered that
the ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof,be passed as finall
read: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll calla
ORDINANCE NO. B- 565 /, entitled ,."AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering
Local Improvement District No. 574, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -529,
of the ordinances of the City of Yakima, 'Washington", was introduced by Clark and read
by the City Clerk.
