Moved by Mogren, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, April 20, 1942 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Mogren, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for receiving bids for .the City printing for the ensuing year and the Republic Publishing Company being the only bidder in the sum of 55 cents per column inch, said bid is hereby accepted and the Mayor end City Clerk authorized to enter into a contract for said work: carried, Mogren, Washburn and. Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -559, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of Install- ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 579, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons at- tached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk.
