Moved-.by.Mogren, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, April 13th, 1942 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that the f0ll0VTing payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Crusher.$365.80; Park $300.20; Sanitation $1039.88; City Street $772.56; Cemetery $206.50; Cemetery Care $436.00'; Irri- gation $258.60 Fire Department No. 1'0151.71 and City Street Mtse. $1249.26: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the claim of John Minaglia for damages to his car by reason of a collision with a City Street Department car on February 23, 1942 is hereby allowed in the sum of $78.48 and the City Clerk instructed to issue a warrant in that sum on the City Street Fund in full settlement for said claim: carried, Mo- gren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -558, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of deoinnuency of install- ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Focal ]Im- provement District No. 578, and. providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attach- ed, for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -558 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting a.ye on roll call.
