The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners.Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved b Mogren, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of.March
2nd, 192 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on .roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City. Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Sanitation $930.37 Irrigation
$110.88• Park $32.00; Crusher x$166.95.; Cemetery 166.00; Cemetery Care, 108..00; City
Street 41087.22; City Street Maintenance $329.54 carried', Mogren, Washburn and Clark
voting aye on roll call
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 578 and there being no objections
in writing, or otherwise,.to said assessment roll, or any part thereof; it is_ ordered
that the-ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed
as finally read: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye'on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -550, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering
Local Improvement District No. 5.78, as created and established by Ordinance No..B -540
of the ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Clark and -rea.d by the City
Clerk.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -550. be passed to its second
reading and'read by title only: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -550 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Mogren,. Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -550 be passed as finally
read: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn:- carried, Mogren, Washburn
