Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tues- day, February 24th, 1942 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll cell. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the resignation of E. B. Riley as Mayor of the City of Yakima to take effect March 1st, 1942 is hereby unanimously accepted: car - ried,.Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City of Yakima execute an option agree- ment with the Bonneville Power Company for the erection of a pole line easement across the Sewage Disposal property: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to Saturday, March 7th, 1942 at ten o'clock A. M: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ADJOURNED MEETING, SATURDAY, MARCH 7, 1942, 10 A. M. The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Commissioners Washburn and Clark present on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that A. W. Mogren be appointed to the office of Mayor of the City of Yakima to succeed E. B. Riley, resigned: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
