The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark -oresent on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
December 29th, 1941 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll mll.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk.authorized to issue warrants as follows: L.I.D. No. 579, $130.12 and Irri-
gation $254.13: carried,.Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye.on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that there being no further business'to transact, we
do now adjourn: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
