SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
MARCH 26, 2002 - 8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
129 NORTH 2 STREET - COUNCIL CHAMBERS
1. ROLL CALL
Present:
Council: Mayor Mary Place (absent after 9:28 a.m.), presiding, Council
Members Clarence Barnett, Lynn Buchanan, Paul George, John
Puccinelli, and Bernard Sims (absent after 9:35 a.m.)
Staff: City Manager Zais, City Attorney Paolella and City Clerk Roberts
Absent: Council Member Larry Mattson (participated in Executive Session via
telephone 8:52 a.m.— 9:32 a.m.)
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION — PENDING LITIGATION (Review jurisdiction issues
arising from the Supreme Court annexation decision)
Mayor Place announced that Council would move into Executive Session for
approximately one hour to discuss pending litigation.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Following the conclusion of the Executive Session, the meeting was adjourned at
9:48 a.m.
