Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tues- day, November 12, 1940 be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1491.81; Sanitation $800.50; Cemetery $122.50; Cemetery Care $86.50; Crusher $135.94; Revolving $319.13 and Irrigation $97.90: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -487, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install- ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in local im- provement district No. 558, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons at- tached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Riley and read by the City Clerk.. Moved by Washburn., seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -497 be passed to its second reading. and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by.Clark that Ordinance No. B -497 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -487 be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
