The City Commission met in regular session., Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Riley; seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, November 4th, 1940 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried,
Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Clark, seconded b Washburn that this being the time for the postponed hear-
ing on Resolution No. 0-484 providing,for the construction of a sewer system at Lenox
Avenue with 9th Avenue South, and other streets more particularly described in said
resolution; and it apparing that more than 50% of the property owners objected to said
proposed improvement;.it is ordered that said proj,pct be abandoned: carried, Riley,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the following claims be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense x$2968.62• City
Street $2410.27; Library $762.55; Parks $141.25;. Cemetery $187.95; Revolving 141614.44;
Irrigation $$3109.53; Water $5052.15; F. R. & P. $100.00; Bond Sinking $5.38; Crusher
$1151.40; Delinquent Property Sales x$199.95; P. R. & P. $66.96; Tennis Court $387.50;
L.I.D. Guaranty $2000,00 Cemetery Trust 11676.95: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark
voting aye on roll call..
