Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, August 5, 1140 be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll e all. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk a.uthorized•to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $3,409.52; City Street $5,251.46; Park $966:52; Library $259 .46; Irri_.ation ?453.78; Revolving $2,741.25; Fixed Estimate $40.38; Cemetery $90.x+3; Water 2,603.33; Crusher $2,272.89 and Water Deposit $467.00: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 554, and there being no- objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -465, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 554, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -396 of the ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. Moved- by Clark, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -465 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
