The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Movet1. by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon -
day, July 29, 1940 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read -: carried,
Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved_ by Washburn, seconded. by Riley that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 563, and there being no objections
in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or any part thereof; it is ordered
that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed
as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -454, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll coverin
Local Improvement District No. 563, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -445
of the ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Riley and read by the City
Clerk.
Moved_ by Clark, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -464 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -464 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
