Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: L.I.D. Revolving $273.00; Irriga- tion_$201.96; Water $762.92: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved. by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the North First Street Lateral, Inc., to divert a quantity of water from the City Ditch from a point on North First Avenue where the same crosses North Avenue and for such other and further provisions contained in-said contract: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -460, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install- ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Im- provement District No. 556, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attache for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. 1,1ovP(1. by Riley, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -460 be passed to its secand reading and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
