Moved. by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, April 29th, 1940 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved. by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: City Street $910.66; Crusher $307.97; Cemetery.$168.00; Cemetery Care $394.50; Park 442.13; Sanitation X733.50; Revolving $458.75; Irrigation $175.10 and Construction 1105..69: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved- by Clark, seconded by Riley that this being the time for the adjourned hearing on Resolution No. C -468, providing for an irrigation system on Glen Drive and other streets in the City of Yakima; it is ordered that final action be deferred to Monday, May.13th, 1940: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. MnvPd by Clark, seconded by Riley that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 559, providing for the construction of a sewer system on 31st Avenue and other streets in the City of Yakima and there be- ing no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or any part thereof, it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part there- of be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and. Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -452, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 559, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -432, of the ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -452 be passed to its second reading and read by.title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley. that Ordinance No. B -452 be passed to its third read- ing and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved- by Clark, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -452 be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
