Commissioners ,Mashburn and Clark present on roll call. .Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, February 19, 1940 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.- Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn-that there being no business to come before the City Commission, that we do now adjourn to meet Thursday, February 29th, 1940 at nine O'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ADJOURNED MEETING, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 29, 1940, 9 A. M. The City Commission met oursuant to adjournment, Mayor Riley and. Commissioners Wash- burn and Clark present on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded. by Riley that the payrolls for the month of February., 1940 be allbwed and. the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Dept. $3,426.73; Police Dept. $4,520.83; Health Dept. $957.50; Fire Dent�i 86,214.16; Engin- eering Dept. $435.61- L.I.D. Revolving $1 028.65; Irrigation Dept. $137.63; Cemetery $127.57; Park Dept. 4150.00; City Street 4215.00; Library $758.50; F. R. & P. $657.05; P. R.
