RESOLUTION. NO.B- 799.,WHEREAS., By Ordinance No.,A -501, creati -ng' and establishing. Local
Improvement District No.308,'providing for the construction of a.genera.1 water system, it was
provided that whenever it was deenaed.expedient by the City Commission to inGtall.sdditionsl
pipe lines, laterals and service connections to deliver water, to individual lots, tIracts
and parcels of land within the limits of s?id District, such other Local. Improvement .District�
would be established as might bei deemed necessary and the cost and expense to be incurred
in furnishing and supplying such property with water for irrigation and domestic u9es::.would.
be paid by -levying special assessments upon property within such district in the manner
provided by law, and
`HEREAS, It` i s now _deemed expedient by the City Commission that a- Local Improvement
District be formed for the purpose of constructing the necessary pipe lines and appurtenances
and ac.quiring, necessary. water rights and. rights of. way in order to supply various lots ,a.nd

laterals for the purpose of supplying water for irrigation and domestic uses to the property
within the limits o.f the following - described boundaries:

This improvement is to. consist of the acquiring of the necessary rights of way,
water and water rights for furnishing'water for irrigation and domestic purposes to all the
property within the above.described boundaries, and the construction of lateral pipelines
connecting with the main pipe lines o.f the General Water System of the City of Yakima, as
provided for by Ordinance No..A -59q of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima, passed by the
City Commission October 10th,1921, and establishing Local Improverent District No.308, and
extending thence northerly and southerly through each of the alleys within the boundaries
of the proposed district, also' pip?.` lines located, as follows: On North Avenue from the
Alley east of North Front Street to.the alley east of North Third Street; on 11 Street from
the alley east of North Third Street to the alley east of North Sixth Street; ort G Street
from the alley east of North Sixth Strmt to the alley east of North Eighth Street; on D
Street from the alley east of North -Eight Street to the alley east of North Ninth Street;
on East Yakima Avenue from the Alley enst.of North Ninth Street to North Eleventh Street;
thence northerly on North Eleventh Street to the extension of A Street; 'on Chestnut- Street
from the alley east of South Eighth Street to South- Tenth Street, thence southerly along
South Tenth Street to Riverside;Street; on South Ninth Street from Chestnut Street to
Pitcher Street, thence ea4terlylon Pitcher Street to South Tenth Street; on Union Street
from Chestnut Street to Fenton Street, thence easterly along Fenton Street to -the east line
of Dunning's Villa Lots; on South Ninth Street from Riverside Street to south line of Riversi

All of the cost and. expense of the construction and installation of -said pipe
lines and a- ppurtenances, acquiring and purchasing easer,ents'And rights of way, engineering,
advertising and ail' other expenses incident thereto shall be assessed against all of the , .
property within the limits of the above described boundaries in the manner provided by law.
`All persons who may desire to object to the .proposed improvement-.are hereby
notified to appear at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at the City Office Puil.ding
in the City of Yakima ,Tnshington, at 9;:00 o'clock A.M. on Yonday. the 10th day of July, 2922,

RESOLUTION NO.B -800 , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. OF THE CITY OF YAKIVA,WASHINGTON.
That it is,its intention to improve the south side of Summitview Avenue
from Sixteenth Avenue North to the west boundary of the- -City of.Yakim , and the east side
of Armstrong Avenue from Summitview Avenue to Park .Avenue, by the construction of Portland
cement concrete sidewalks, five feet in width, together vrith the necessary cross walks and
by doing all such -other work a� may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance
v.ith the plans and specifications therefor', prepared by the City- Engineer and filed with
the' City Clerk.
All .persons who may desire to object to said propo.eed improvement are hereby
notified to appear and pre.sent such objections st a meeting of the City Commission to be
.held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington, at the
hour of '9:00 o- 'clock A.M. on Monday the 10th day of July, 1,922, wh-i.ch time and. place Are
hereby 'fixed for the hearing -of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all object -
ions- thereto and for determining the method of payment therefor, aiid the City Clerk is hereby

other; work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the plans and
specifications therefor, prepared, by the City Engineer, grid filed with the City Clerk.
