That it is,its intention to improve the south side of Summitview Avenue from Sixteenth Avenue North to the west boundary of the- -City of.Yakim , and the east side of Armstrong Avenue from Summitview Avenue to Park .Avenue, by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks, five feet in width, together vrith the necessary cross walks and by doing all such -other work a� may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance v.ith the plans and specifications therefor', prepared by the City- Engineer and filed with the' City Clerk.
