Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dud.ley, that the application of McHugh and Coluccio,contractors
f-Dr an extension of time for constructing Schedule "B" of the Municipal 'later System, be
granted. for a period of 45 days from,January lst,1928;carried,Dladley,Hedges and. Coonse votin
aye on roll call.

The City Commission met pursuant to•adjournment, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION. NO.BY1044:;BE`.4.IT,-,'1044 BY THE CITY CONB�dISSiON OF THE CITY OF YAKIPJA,'WASHINGTON:
That it is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yakima,VJashington,
to improve Park Avenue from the south line of Summit View Avenue to the north line of Vlest
Yakima Avenue by constructing aa.concrete barb and a reinforced concrete sidewalk: five feet
in width along the northeasterly side of said Park Avenue, together with reinforced. concrete
culverts over the Nached- Cowiche ditch at all street and alley intersections, arid. by doing
all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all. in accordance with plan
and specifications therefor prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the CityrCle_-d,-. .
All persons who may desire to object to said - 1proposed improvement are hereby
notified. to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be hel
at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima.Washington, at the hour of
9;-o'clock A.M. on Monday, the 30th day of January1928, which time and. place are hereby fixed
for the hearing of all matters relating to said. proposed improvement, all objections thereto
and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is .hereby directed
to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid irr.:provement.
The cost and expense of said improvement shall,-be borne by and assessed against
all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law, and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to tyre City Commission, at or prior to the date
fixed, herein for said hearing, all of the data and other informatiow.,required by law to be
submitted by him. I.
