Moved by Dudley,seconded. by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of M6nday, Decem- ber 12th,1927, be approved as read.;carried,Dudley,Hed.ges and-Coonse voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO-A=1087, entitled) "An Ord.inance'fixing the time of delinquency of the assessments) 1'evied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements. in Local Improvement Distri' No. 438, and providing for the issuance-of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced,by Coonse and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Hedges, seconded. by Coonse, that Ordinance No.A�1087 be passed to its second reading and read, by title - only; carried,Dudley,Hedges ' and Coonse voting aye on roll call. Moved by Hedges-, seconded by Coonse, that Ordinance No-A-1087 be passed to its third reading and read in full;carried,Dudley,Hed.ges and Coonse voting aye on roll call..
