Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday.,
December 5th,1927, be approved as read;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Coonse,second.ed. by Hedges, that this being the time for the passage-of the
Ordinance - creating _Local Improvement District No-445 for paving Sixth Avenue South from
West Yakima Avenue to St.Helens Street, and it being deemed advisable not -to call for bids
at this time, it is ordered that said. ordinance be passed as finally read-and bids be
