assessment roll in. Local Improversient District X6.438 for paving the alley -in Block •50, and

ORDINANCE NO.A ®1079, entitled :" An Ordinance providing for the damaging of land.in the City
o.f Yakima,V�'ashington,, 'caused. by the improvement-of,-,Walnut-Street in said City by separating
the street and railroad grades at the Walnut Street -crossing-of the Northern Pacific Railway
Company's tracks 'in the. City of •Yakima., Was hington, by t:h.e• elevation. of. such -railway tracks
and .thee construction of a subway or underground crossing beneath:.the ,same., and changing the
grad.e; on Walnut Street and South -Front Street, necessitated by said improvement, providing
for the payment, of compensation, damages -and costs, and declaring an emergency" wos
