'RESOLUTION NO.B- 1041,BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY'C0101ISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKI1ff ,WASHINGTO That it is the intention of ' the City =Commission of the City- of. Yakima ,Wash:ington, to improve Sixth.Avenue South, from yIlest__Yakima Avenue -t.o Peach' Street, by grading' :,and paving the same with either a one, course.
