The City Commission met in- regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting, aye on. roll call.
Moved by Dud•1ey,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes. of the regular meeting of Monday,

That it is the intention of ' the City =Commission of the City- of. Yakima ,Wash:ington,
to improve Sixth.Avenue South, from yIlest__Yakima Avenue -t.o Peach' Street, by grading' :,and
paving the same with either a one, course. Portland cement concrete pavernent,..au "Vibrolithic"
concrete' pavement, or a pave
?Tient having a Portland cement concrete base - and either a
bituminous concrete 1.,earing surface 'or- a- "Bitulithi.c" wearing surface,,the pavemen -t to be
64 feet ' in width from -West Yakima- Avenue = to the alley south: of `TJesta,Yakim& ..Avenue , -:40
feet-in- ;width* from -said alley to West •Walnnut Street, 52 fe.et-o in width from :,.West Walnut
Street -to West-.Pine Street,,-the paversent.•-between. West Pine-.Street and-Division, Street to

All persons who may desire to object to said proposed. improvement are hereby

hour of 9-o'clock A.K. or_ Monday, the 14th day of November,1927, which time.-and place are
