the City Engineer authorized to prepare ar. assessment. roll for said. district and the City

RESOLUTION NO.E -1034, BE iT R SOLVED BY TIC CITY C`)1{,:dIIS;-,ION OF THC CITY OF Y.AKIP,IA,VTASHITTGTON
That it is the intention of the City Commission of the ,City of Yakin.a,Washi.ngton,
to improve the alley extending northerly and. southerly through Block 32 in -the original
town of Yakii.la, from the south line . of Chestnut Street t o the north line of Walnut Street by
grading and. paving the Sarre with a one course Portland. cement concrete pavement twenty (20)
feet in widtli, and also by constructing six inch sewer connections connecting with the
sewer heretofore constructed in said. alley and extending to the property lines of the lots
abutting upon _each side of said alley at intervals of about fifty feet, excepting those lots
for which such sewer connections have been heretofore constructed by the owners thereof, and
by d.oi ng all such other work as 'may be necessary in c6nnect ion there-�n:ith, 'all in accordance
with the plans and. specifications therefor, prepared. by the City Engineer and. filed with
the City Clerk.
All persons who ray .d.esire to object to said, proposed improveirent are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of tree City Commission to be
held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, 77ashington, at the
hour of 9 o'clock A.IJL. on Monday, the 8th Jday of August,1927, which time, and place are
hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said_ proposed. i oorover:lent, all
objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk
is hereby directed. �,;o give due notice of said hear! ng and of the intention to make the
aforesaid im-prover:,ent.
The cost and expense of said. improvement sha ll be borne by and assessed. against al

RESOLUTION NO.B- 1035,BE IT RESOLVED PY Vii' � C "F'r'Y C00IISSION OF TIE CITY OF YA•KI1,1IA,WASHINGTON:
That it,is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yak ima,Washington,
to improve the alley extending northerly and. southerly through Block 52 in the original
town of Yakima, from-the south line of Chestnut Street to the north line of 147alnut Street.,
