RESOLUTION NO.E -1034, BE iT R SOLVED BY TIC CITY C`)1{,:dIIS;-,ION OF THC CITY OF Y.AKIP,IA,VTASHITTGTON That it is the intention of the City Commission of the ,City of Yakin.a,Washi.ngton, to improve the alley extending northerly and. southerly through Block 32 in -the original town of Yakii.la, from the south line . of Chestnut Street t o the north line of Walnut Street by grading and. paving the Sarre with a one course Portland. cement concrete pavement twenty (20) feet in widtli, and also by constructing six inch sewer connections connecting with the sewer heretofore constructed in said. alley and extending to the property lines of the lots abutting upon _each side of said alley at intervals of about fifty feet, excepting those lots for which such sewer connections have been heretofore constructed by the owners thereof, and by d.oi ng all such other work as 'may be necessary in c6nnect ion there-�n:ith, 'all in accordance with the plans and. specifications therefor, prepared. by the City Engineer and. filed with the City Clerk.
