Moved by D-L;dley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the- regular meeting of Monday, June
27th,1927, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read.;carried,Dudle,y,Hedges and Coons
voting aye on roll call_.
ORDINANCE NO-A-1053, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the issuance of .18,500 of general,
negotiable,interest- bearing coupon bonds of the City of Yaki,-ia, in accordance with Ordinance
No.A -1042, passed by the City Commission 14tay 23,1927, providing for the form and. details of
such bonds, the establishment of proper funds for. the payment of principal and. interest..
thereof, providing for the sale thereof and. declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Coons
and. read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Coonse, that Ordinaric.e I\Io. A -1053 be passed. to it•s second. reading
and. read by title only;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and -Coonse voting aye on roll call.

and read in full;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and. Coonse. voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Dud.ley,second.ed. by Hedges, that the City. Clerk give notice to bidders-for the pur-
chase of $18,500.00 City Hall Addition Bonds by publication as required by law on July 7,14,
21,28 and. August 4th respectively; said. bids to b.e received on 14onday,August. 8th,1927, at
10 o'clock A.Il.carried.,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Coonse,seconded by Hedges, that the following payrolls be allowed and. the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor;carried,Dudley,HedgES and Coonse voting aye on
roll call.
