ORDINANCE NO-A-1053, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the issuance of .18,500 of general, negotiable,interest- bearing coupon bonds of the City of Yaki,-ia, in accordance with Ordinance No.A -1042, passed by the City Commission 14tay 23,1927, providing for the form and. details of such bonds, the establishment of proper funds for. the payment of principal and. interest.. thereof, providing for the sale thereof and. declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Coons and. read by the City Clerk. Moved by Dudley, seconded by Coonse, that Ordinaric.e I\Io. A -1053 be passed. to it•s second. reading and. read by title only;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and -Coonse voting aye on roll call.
