Coonse voting aye on roll call. Moved by Coonse, seconded. by Hedges, that this being; the time for receiving bids for grading and. gravelling Cornell Avenue in Local Improvement District No.435, the following bids were received ; J.D. Lenningt on in the suzri of 0756.00. anal. Thomas Dingle in the sum of 606.50.; the bid of Thomas Dingle being-the lowest and. best .'bid said. contract was awarded to him in the surd of $606.50 and. the Mayor and City Clerk Gyre. hereby authorized. to enter- into a, contract therefor upon the filing of the proper bond as-required `by law;carried,Dud•ley,Hed.ges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
