The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and. Coonse
voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Hedges, seconded. by Dudley, that the minutes of the regular raeeting of June ::6th,
1.927, be approved. as read;carried,Dudlcy,I?ed.ges and. Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded. by Hedges, that this being; the time for receiving bids for grading
and. gravelling Cornell Avenue in Local Improvement District No.435, the following bids were
received ; J.D. Lenningt on in the suzri of 0756.00. anal. Thomas Dingle in the sum of 606.50.; the
bid of Thomas Dingle being-the lowest and. best .'bid said. contract was awarded to him in the
surd of $606.50 and. the Mayor and City Clerk Gyre. hereby authorized. to enter- into a, contract
therefor upon the filing of the proper bond as-required `by law;carried,Dud•ley,Hed.ges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded-by Dudley, that this being z the time and place for the hearing on
Resolution No *.13- 3.031 to vacate the northe -rly 10- feet of Elm Street lying between the westerl
line of First Avenue North and. the easterly line of Third Avenue North, and -there being no
protests. in uvriting or otherwise , it is ordered that the ordinance vacating said.- property
be passed. as finally read; ca-- rried,Dudley, Hedges and, Coonse voti ng aye on roll call.

of First AvehueNorth and the easterly line of Third Avenue North',, was introduced. by Dudley
and read. by the-City Clerk.

No.B -1028 to vacate a portion of St.Paul Acre Tracts known as Pebble Alley lying south of
Rose Street and between Lots 61,60,,9 and 58 on the wrest and. Lot 62 on the east, and. there
being no protests in writing; or otherwise to said vacation or any part thereof, it is ordered
that the ordinance vacating said. property be passed as finally read;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges
and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -1050, entitled: "An Ordinance- vacating "that portion of St.Paul Acre Tracts
known as Pebble Alley lying south of Rose S reet and between Lots 61,60,59 and 58 on the
crest and Lot 62 on the east, in the City of�Yakima, according to the plat .of said St.Paul
Acre Tracts now on file and of record. in the office of the County Auditor of Yakiria County,
