ORDINANCE NO.A -1041, entitled; "An Ordinance providing for the construction of a :Portland
cement concrete sidewalk upon certain streets -in the City of Yakima, establishing a "Local
Improvement District, -providing a method of payment therefor, and creating 'a special fund ",
was introduced by Dudley;. and read by the Cit ,' Clerk.
