of Yakima, from the north line., of Chestnut Street to the southerly line of the alley
extending easterly and westerly .through said. Block 11:,• by. grading and: paving the s ame with
a one course Portland cement concrete paver-lent twenty...(20) feet in width,• 4nd by doing all
such.other work as mayr..be necessary in .connection therewith, all in accordance with the planc.
-and. specifications' therefor, prepared by the City Engineer and .filed with the. City Clerk.
All persons who may desire -to .object to said proposed improvement are hereby
notified. to appear and 'present such object ions at a meeting of the City - COmmissi on to be
