OF .T1E CITY OF.-YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to improve Cornell- Avenue from Division-Street to Peach Street, all in .the. City of Yakima,lWashington, by grading and- gravelling---the 'same, the graded roadway to be-twenty-feet in width, and the gravelled portion - -to be sixteen .feet in width, an&,by.:doing-al- l:,su.ch other work as may be necessary.in connection therewith, all in accord - •ance wi.th..the plans -..and specifications therefor, to be prepared by the'City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said prop.o.sed improvement are hereby notified to ep - pear.• and present such objections at a meeting of the - City Commission. to. be held at its- offices- in t =he .C:ity .Office Building in -the.
