The City Commission met in regular session,Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call. Moved by Hedges, seconded by Dudley, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, March 21st,1927, be approved as read;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting afire on roll call. Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time and place for-the hearing on Resolution No.B -1014 fo.r grading and gravelling Twenty Second Avenue-North, and Twenty Third Avenue North from West Yakima Avenue to Summitview Avenue and there being no protests in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof, it is ordered that the ordinanc creating a local improvement district , be laid on the table for one week; carrie�d,Dudley, Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.A- 1029,entitledo "An Ordinance regulating the keeping and maintaining of animals and fowls within the city limits of the City of Yakima,`•ffashington, repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith, providing a penalty for the violation hereof, and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by 12udley and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that Ordinance No.A -1029 be passed to its second readi - and read by title only;carried,Dudley,Hedges and -Coonse.voting aye on roll call. Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that Ordinance No.A- 1029'be - passed to its third reading and read in full;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
