March 21st, 1927.
The City Commission met in regular session,Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and Coonse
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Du.dley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
March 14th,1927 be approved as read;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll cal .
Moved by' 'Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that 'the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a deed on behalf of the City of Yakima to a'V.J.Aumiller on Lots 17 and 18, Block 22,
Tennant & Miles Modern Addition for the purpose of clearing title to said property;carried,
Dud.ley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that the hearing on Resolution No•B -1013 be continued
to Mond.ay,April 4th,1927, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, tha the City Clerk is hereby authorized to serve a
written notice on Harry Boyer Son and Company to comply with Section 12, 7 & 8 of the
General Stipulations of the contract, entered into January 10th,1927, and that the City
elects to make alterations in said contract provid.ed;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voti
aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO-B-1016, At a regular session of the City Coy mission of the City of Yakima,
Washington, held, at the public meeting room of said Commission at the City Hall on the 21st
day of March,1927, a quorum being present, there was duly and regularly presented the
petition of Yakima School District No.7, Yakima County,Washington, for the vacation of
certain alleys in the City of Yakima,Washington,more specifically described as follows,
to -wit:
Those certain alleys located in the west one- half; (2) of the west one half (2)
of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter,Section 23,Township 13 North,Range 18,
E.W.M., and. more particularly described as as follows,to -wit:
Part of said. tract of land. beginning 25 feet west and 160 feet south of ,the
northeast corner thereof, thence west parallel with the north line of said tract 281.38
feet, thence south 30 feet, thence east parallel,with the north line of said tract 281.28
feet, thence north 30 feet to point of beginning;
Part of said tract of land. beginning 155.64 feet west and. 190 feet south of the
northeast corner thereof, thence south to a point 155 feet west and 30 feet north of the
southeast corner of said tract, thence west 20 ft., thence north to a point 20 feet west
of the point of beginning, thence east to the point of beginning;
and it appearing that said petition has been signed by the owners of more than two - thirds
(2/3) of the private property abutting !.upon said alleys;
NOW, THEP,EF)RE, BE IT RESOLVED; That said petition be, and the same hereby is, set
for hearing at the City Hall in the City of Yakiina,Washington, on the 18th day of April,
1927, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M.
IT ISFU,RTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be,. and she is hereby ordered forthavith
to give notice of the pendency of said petition at least twenty (20) days prior to the
above date of hearing, by a written or printed notice to be posted in three of the most
public places in -the City of Yakima, and a like notice on a conspicuous place on the alley
sought to be vacated,.which said notice shall contain a statement that a petition has been
filed vacating the alleys heretofore described, and which shall be described -in said,,no,tice
together.with a statement of the time and place fixed for the hearing of said peititi.'on.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY C01 MISSION, this 21st day of March,1927.

RESOLUTION NO.B- 1017,WiEREAS, on the 18th day of October,1926, the City of Yakima was the
owner of the following described property located in the City of Yakima,Washingt on, to -wit:
Cormnenci.ng at a point 40 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 30,Tow1'18hip 13 North,Range 19,E-W-M., thence running South
710 feet; thence east 309 feet to the center of the County Road -; thence along said County
Road,Northwest 774.3 feet to the place og beginning;
AND )jTMEREAS, by resolution passed the 18th day of October,1926, by the City Comm issiot
the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk were authorized to sign, execute and deliver a quit claim
deed to the Triangle Finance Company , a corporation, covering said property, and
WHEFOAS, inadvertently the property in said resolution was described as follows,to -wit :
That part of the Southwest quatter of the Northeast quarter of Section 30
Township 13,North,Range 19 ,E•VI.Id., beginning at a point 40 feet south of the Northwest
quarter; thence South 710 feet; thence East 309 feet to the center of the public road;
thence along the center line of "said road Northwesterly 774.3 feet to the point of beginni

to the Triangle Finance Company, which said deed. is dated October 18,1926; and
