ORDINANCE NO.A -1028, entitled: "An Ordinance, relating to the standing and parking of cars in the City of Yakima.,ffashington, providing a penalty for its violation, repealing all ordinances in- conflict therewith, and declaring an emergency" was introduced by Dudley, and read. by the City Clerk. Moved by Coonse, seconded. by Dudley, that Ordinance No.A -1028 be passed to its second reading and read. by title only;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
