The City _Commission met in regular session,Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and-Coonse
voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Dudley ,second.ed by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
February 21st,1927, be approved as read;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coo.nte voting aye on•roll
call.
�SOLUTIONNO. B=,1-.01:3, .-,BE IT RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COMMISSION OF TIE CITY OF YAK MA,WASHINGTON:
The- it- is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yakima,Washington, tc
improve South Second. Street from Pace Street to Pacific Avenue, all in the Cit of Yakima,
Washington, by the construction of a Portland cement concrete sidewalk, six (6� feet in
width, along the West side of•said South Second Street, together with -the necessary drive-
way crossings, and; by d.oing, all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewitr
all innaccordande with the plans and specifications therefor,prepared. by the City Engineer
and. filed with the City Clerk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby noti-
fied to appear and present. such objections at a meeting of the City Commissi.om, to be held.
at the hour of nine o'clock A.Y. on Monday, the 21st day of March,1927, which time and plat
are hereby fixed. for the hearing of all matters relating to said, proposed. improvement, all
objections thereto, and. for determining the method of payment therefor,. and the City Clerk
is hereby directed to give- due- notice, of said hearing and. of the intention, to make the
aforesaid improvement.
The. cost and.. expense of said improvement,..-,'shall be borne by and assessed. against all
of the property legally -and properly assessable-therefor, as provided by law and. the City
Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the 'City Commission, at or prior to the date fixed
herein for-said-hearing, all of the data and other information• required by law to be sub-
mitted by him.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, this 28th-day of Fe_bruary,1927.
