February 7th,1927.
The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and. Commissi -)ners Hedges and Coonse
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
January 31st, 1927, and adjourned. meeting thereof be approved as read; carried,Dudley,Hedges
and Traub voting aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO.B -1012, WHEREAS, by ordinance it is provided that on' the first Monday in
February of each year, the City Commission shall pass a resolution prescribing the form of
contract for the City advertising for the ensuing year.
- NOW TH=.REFO { , BF IT RESOLVED, by the City cCommissi on of the City of
Yakima, that the form of contract for the city advertising for the ensuing year shall be in
substantially the form hereto attached and. made a part hereof, and. the City Clerk is hereby
directed to give notice for sealed proposals for a contract for doing the city advertising
for the ensuing year by publishing the sage in the newspaper doing the city advertising,
for two successive issues, which notice shall contain a general statement of the terns of
the contract to be let, together with the tune and place when said bids will be open, and.
providing that any-and, all bids may be rejected.
