The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting aye. on roll call...
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Coonse, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
Deceriiber 27th,1926, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read;carried,Dudle y,Hedges
and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A- 1024., entitled: "An Ordinance fixing the time of delinquency of-the assessment
levied for the payment of the .cost and expense of the improvements in Local Improvement
District No-417, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payme t
of the unpaid portion thereof", was introduced by--Coohse -and read by the_.:C.ity Clerk.
Moved by Hedges,.•seconded by-Coonse, that Ordinance No-A-1024 be passed to its second readi
and read by title only;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.

Yoved by' Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that the proposed, contract of ' Harry Boyer,Son
submitted to the City Commission for signature for Schedule "D" of the Municipal "flater Systei
be returned to said Boyer,Son & Company without execution, for the reason that said proposed
contract makes.;«, number of -changes and additions to the proposal arid. specifications sub.mitte(
by said-Boyer, Son & Company on December 13th,1926; carried, Dtadle7 ,Hedges and Coonse vot ing
aye on roll call.
Moved by -Coonse, seco -nd-ed by Dudley, that a contract prepared by the City Attorney whiehI:
complies with the plans,speeifications and proposal be signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City: Clerk and. submitted -to Harry Boyer,Son and Company for signature by the City Clerk
on or before the 8th day of- January,1927, together with notice in writing signed by the
Mayor and Commissioners and attested by the City Clerk to the effect that, if said contract
is not signed on or before the 8th day of January,1927, the certified check of Harry Boyer,
Jon and Company in the sum of ; 8000.00 or so much thereof as shall represent 5% of the
total amount of the accepted proposal shall be forfeited to the City.; a copy of said contract
shall be filed with the City Clerk;carried,Dudley,Tiedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded. by Hedges, that the following payroll be allowed and the City Clerl
authorized to issue warrants therefor;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting -aye on roll
call.
