Traub voting aye on- roll " call..

November 16th,1925, be approved -as read; carried ,Aidley; Hedge s- -•and--Traub voting aye on
roll call..
Idoved. by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that Friday,November 27th,1925`,,at the hour of 10
o'clock A.M be set for a hearing for the revocation of card table license No.2956 .issued
to Robertson and Johnson,13 South Front Street and License N6.3003 issued. to,D.L.Dillon,
No.4 South,First Street, and. a show cause order is hereby ordered to be served riot later
than Tuesday,Noveriber 24th,1925-, on said above parties for said hearing; carried,Dudley,
Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

The City Commission r,let pursuant to adjournr:ient, Mayor Dud.ley and Commissioners Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
RESOLT `TON NO. B-902,ffHE-,,1EAS, License Number 3003 was issued to D.L.Dillon to operate four
card. tables at 4 South First Street in the City of :Yakima,'Hashington: and-INTIEREAS, complaint
was made to th'e City Commission- that said license should-be revoked:- and . ERE'AS °;i said.
D -L. Dillon was notified to be and appear before the- City Commission on Friday,the 27th day
of November,1925, at the hour of 10 o'clock °A.M. to show cause why License No.3003 should
not be revoked.;,,and. :ARE'AS, said.. D.L.Dillon appeared at said time and place, and the City
Commission having heard the explanation of the sa id D.L.Dillon relative to the complaints
made against them, and. the city commission being advised in the premises, and it being the
opinion of said Commission that - said , license -should be revoked;
NOW,THEIREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That License No.3003, issued to D.L.Dillon,be, and
the same is hereby revoked; and BE-IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk immediately give
Notice to said D.L.Dillon of said revocation by placing said Notice in the mail, addressed
to said D.L.Dillon at 4 gouth First Street, in the City of Yakima,Jashington.

said Robinson and Johnson were notified. to be and appear before the City Commission on
Friday,the 27th day of Nouernber,1925, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M. to show cause why
License Number 2956 should not be revoked; and VFI E'REAS, said Robinson & Johnson appeared at
said. time and, place, and the City Commission having -heard the explanation of the said.
Robinson & Johnson relative to the complaints made against their, and. the City Commission
being advised in the premises, and it being.the opinion of said Commission that said license
