The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
Loved by Dudley, se "cond.ed by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
July 27th, 1925, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read.; carried, Dudley,
Hedges and Traub voting aye °on roll call..
Moved by Traub,seconded by Hedges that the street payroll from July 20th to August lst

for the coal for 1926, in the sum of -6.15 per ton for N-11I.I. Roslyn Mine Run No.8 is
hereby accepted as the lowest and best bid and said contract hereby awarded to said
Company; carried., Dud.ley,Hedges and Traub ,voting aye on roll call.-
ORDINANCE NO . A- 913 , entitled : "'An Ordinance providing for the improvement of certain
streets in the City of Yakima, Washington, by grading and paving the same, establishing a
Local Improvement District, providing the method. -of payment therefor.- and creating a
special fund.", was introduced by Traub, and read by the City Clerk.

best bid, said contract is hereby awarded to them and the Elayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to enter.into a contract therefor upon the filing of a proper bond; carried.,

for constructing a cement sidewalk on the east side of Yakima Avenue from Ninth Street
to Eleventh .S.tr.eet in Local Improvement District No.409 and the bid of 'Nilson and
DeBlasio in the sLyn of X866.94 being the only bid, said contract was awarded to them and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a contract therefor upon filing -the
proper bond; carried, Dr!dley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, secon ded by Hedges, that the bond. of Wilson and DeBlasio, in the sum of
$1537.65 for constructing a cement sidewalk on the east side of North Third Street from
F Street to North Avenue in Local, Improvement District No. 406, is hereby approved and,
filed, with the City Clerk; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
