The City Commission met in regular session, 141ayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
July 6th,1925, be� approved. as-read; carried, Dudley,Hedges and,Traub voting aye on roll
call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -909, entitled:"An Ordinance- providing for the construction of Portland
cement concrete sid.e-, %,alks upon certain streets in the City of Yakima, establishing a
Local Improvement District, providing a method of payment therefor, and creating a special
fund "', was introduced by Traub and. read, by the City Clerk.

the east side of Park Avenue and. other streets in the City of Yakima, in Local Improvement
Distridt No-407; said.bida to be received on Tdonday, August 3rd,1925,,at 10 o'clock A.M.
