Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded. by Dudley, that this being the time and place for the hearing on Resolution No-B-878 fo-r- paving South -Fourth and. South Fifth-Avenues from West' Yakima Avenue to West Walnut Street and. no objections being presented in writing or otherwise to said improvement; it is hereby ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for one week; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded. by Hedges, that this being the time and place for the hearing on Resolution No.B -877 for paving Eighteenth Avenue from Division Street to West Chestnut Street, it is ordered. that the hearing be postponed to Monday,June lst,1925, carried; Dudrle.y,Hedges - and. Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded. by Dudley, that this being the time and place for the hearing on Resolution No-B-878 fo-r- paving South -Fourth and. South Fifth-Avenues from West' Yakima Avenue to West Walnut Street and. no objections being presented in writing or otherwise to said improvement; it is hereby ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for one week; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. May 25th,-l-!25. Moved. by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that this. being the time and place for. the hearing on Resolution No:B -879, for constructing a sidewalk on the east side of South second Street from Race Street to Maple Street; and no objections being presented in writing or otherwise to;said improvement; it is hereby ordered that the ordinance creating a: local improvement district be laid on the table for one week; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roil call. Moved-by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that this being the time and place for the hearing on Resolution No.B -880 for extending the. Buena Vista Water System and no abjections being presented in writing or otherwise to said improvement; it is ordered that the ordinal ce creating a local improvement district ba laid on the table for one week; carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
