The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and. Commissioners Hedges and
Traub voting-aye-on roll call.
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Traub, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
11a.y 4th,1925, be-. approved as -read.; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub -voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by ,,xiedges, that the following payrolls from. April 27th to May
9th,1925, be allowed. and the: City Clerk 'authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried,

Moved by Traub, -seconded by Hedges, that this being the. time and place-for receiving bids -
for paving South Fifteenth Avenue and other streets in said city in Local Improvement
District;_ No. 399- and -the following -bids, being received viz; Zura Case', C-,28,404- R.A...-
Gear.y,$27,828_50; S.A. Wilsori,$27,.675.81; McHugh & Coluccio, $26,801- 5"';. Paving Co.
X26,544.25 and Hardy and. Richings,124,978.85; it is ordered that the bid.of Hardy and
Richings in the sum of k24,978.85 be accepted as the lowest and best bi-d and said contract
awarded. to them, and. the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to. enter into a con-
tract therefor upon the filing of a proper bond; carried, . Dudley,Hedges and Traub, voting
aye on roll call.

of the improvement.- of the VI-Yakima Irrigation Water System in Local Improvement District
No • 395, by the contractors,- Geary & DeBlasio., in the sum of $29;147.•64;.. it is ordered
that said work be accepted and. - t :te City Engineer is hereby- authorized to pxepare an
assessment -roll for said. work and. the City Clerk instructed to give - notice of hearing -on-
said roll for Monday, June lst,1925, at. 9 6 &cl-o•ck A.M. by publication as required by law;

the sum of $24,978.85 for constructing a pavement on Fourteenth and Fifteenth Avenues and
other streets in said city in Local Improvement District No. 399, is hereby approved and
placed on file with- the city clerk; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll
