Moved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
April- 27th;1925, and adjourned meeting thereof be adopted as reed; carried,Dudley,Hedges-

Street to West Chestnut Street-, and the north side of Division Street from Eighteenth
Avenue South to the ..alle y--east thereof, all in the City...o -f Yakima, Washington, by. grading
and paving -the. same with either o.ne ,c.ours:e_Portland c-ement concrete- pavement- o.r pavement
hav ing either a Portland .ceme-nt concrete base or. a -black • base. and. a bituminous concrete
wearing surf aceor. - a• b.i_tulithic - wearing surface,:. the pavement on Eighteenth Avenue South
to be._ 24 : f -ee-t . in ..width and -the . pavement on the north-side--of Division Street to be 8 feet
in width, by constructing concrete curb's along each side of the pavement ' on Eighteenth
Avenue and along the north side of the pavement on Division Street,.and by -doing all such
other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the plans
and specifications therefor to be prepared by the.City Engineer and filed with the City
Clerk. -
All persons who may--desire to,object.to said proposed improvement are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be
held at its offi.ces in the .City Office- Building in the City of . Ya,kima,Washington, at the
,hour of. nine o'clock A.M. on- Monday, the 25th day of May,1925, which time and place are
hereby.fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed. improvement, all
objecti ons . the.reto and for determining the method of pay►ne nt ther. efor, and the Cit y Cle rk
is hereby directed --to give due - notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the
aforesaid improvement.
The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by-and assessed against

fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to
be submitted by him.

each from West Yakima Avenue, to ffest - Walnut -Street, 'all in the-.City,of Yakima, Washing ton,
by grading. and paving the same with-, either a, o-ne- course - Portland. cement concrete pavement,
or a-,pavement' .having a Portland- cement °concretAe�.base and- either. a bituminousi .concrete

RESOLUTION NO.B- 880,7HEREAS, a petition has been filed, requesting the establishment of a
local improvement district for the purpose of constructing the .necessary pipe. lines. and
appurtenances, and acquiring the necessary water and water rights and rights of-way, in.
order to supply various. lots and. tracts of land with water for irrigation and domestic
purposes; which said local improvement district is-- to receive its water supply through the
pipe lines of Local Improvement District No.378, of the City- of Yakima,YIashington, and
1ViiC3 AS, it is deemed- expedient by the City Commission that a Local Improvement
District be formed for the purpose of constructing the necessary pipe lines and appurtenan
ces and acquiring the necessary water and water rights and. rights of way in order to
supply various lots and tracts of land with water for irrigation and domestic purposes.
