ORDINANCE NO.A -892, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of property in the City�)of Yakima,'dyashington, by the construction of vitrified clay pipe sewers, establish ing a Local Improvement District,providing for the method of payment therefor, and creating a special fund" , was introduced by Traub and. read by the City-Clerk. _IUoved. by Hedges, seconded by Traub, that Ordinance No.A -892 be. passed to :its second reading and read by title only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub- °vo-ting­ay.e on-roll call.
