The City Co nmissi on met in regular session, Xa.yor Dudley and. Commissioners Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dud.ley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,-
March 9th, 1925, be approved as read.; carried,, Dudley,Hddges and Traub voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the following payrolls from march 2nd to March 14t
1925, be allowed- and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor;• carried, Dudley,
Hedge: and Traub voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for the adjourned hearing
on Resolution No.B -869 and no objections being filed in writing or otherwise; it is
hereby ordered that the ordinance creating a Local Improvement District for said improve -
Elent. be passed as, finally read; carried, Dudley,Hedges. and. Traub : -v- o:t-i.ng- aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -892, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of property in
the City�)of Yakima,'dyashington, by the construction of vitrified clay pipe sewers, establish
ing a Local Improvement District,providing for the method of payment therefor, and creating
a special fund" , was introduced by Traub and. read by the City-Clerk.

and read by title only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub- °vo-tingay.e on-roll call.

and read in full; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on:-'roll call.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Traub, that Ordinance No.A -892 be passed as finally read;
carried,Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to advertise
for bids by publication as required by law f -or the improvement of pierce Avenue and other
streets in the City of Yakima by,the construction of a sewer system in Local Improvement
District No. 396; said bids to be received on Monday, March 30th,1925, at 10 o'clock A.M.
carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
