The City Com, fission met in regmlar session, Mayor Dudley, and Commissioners Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call:
Moved by Dudley•" seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
February 2nd,1925, be approved as read; carried, Dudley - Hedges and Traub-voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Hedges, s.econd ed by Traub, that the following claims be allowed and-.the City
Clerk authorized to is_ sue warrants therefor; carried; Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye

That it is the intention of the City Commission to improve the following described - property
in said City, described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning on -Pierce Avenue at its intersection with Browne Avenue, thence west alonE
Browne Avenue to a line 66 feet east of the west lire of Lot 10 Cottage Hill
Addition, thence north along said line to a line 140-feet north or Browne Avenue,
thence west along said line to Sixteenth Avenue North, thence north -along Sixteenth
Avenue North to Pacific -Power and Light Compapy,'s wasteway, thence northeasterly
along said wasteway to Jerome Avenue, thence east along Jerome Avenue to Sixth
Avenue North, thence north along Sixth Avenue North to the north line of the
southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 13,Township 13 North,Range 18
E•W.M., thence east along said line to the east line of Cherry Avenue .4ddition•,

Also beginning at the intersection of the alley south of Jefferson Avenue with
Pierce Avenue, thence west along said alley 1634 feet thence south to Folsom
Avenue, thence west along Folsom Avenue to a point 25 feet east of Sixteenth
Avenue North.
Also beginning on Seventh Avenue North 217 feet north of West A Street, thence
southwesterly to the alley south of Folsom Avenue, thence 'Hest along the alley
south of Folsom Avenue and. said alley extended to a point 102 feet east of the
crest line of Lot 56, Ker's Villa Lots,
said sewers to be probided with the necessary wye branches, -manholes, flush tanks, and
water connections, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection
therewith, all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor prepared by the Cit
Engineer and filed with the City Clerk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the city commission to be
held at its offices in the City Office Building in the :City of Yakima,VJashington, at the
hour of nine (9) o'clock A.M., on Monday, the 2nd day: Qf Va.rch,1925, which time and place a
hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all
objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk
is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and the intention to mare the afore-
said improvement.
The cost and expense of said. improvement shall be borne by and assessed against
of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law, and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to submit .to the City Commission at or prior to the time fixed
herein for said hearing_, all of the data and other information required bylaw to be sub -
mitted by him.
