All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the city commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the :City of Yakima,VJashington, at the hour of nine (9) o'clock A.M., on Monday, the 2nd day: Qf Va.rch,1925, which time and place a hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and the intention to mare the afore- said improvement. The cost and expense of said. improvement shall be borne by and assessed against of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit .to the City Commission at or prior to the time fixed herein for said hearing_, all of the data and other information required bylaw to be sub - mitted by him. 1 1 1 1 i i 239 February.'9th,1925.
