All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the city commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the :City of Yakima,VJashington, at the hour of nine (9) o'clock A.M., on Monday, the 2nd day: Qf Va.rch,1925, which time and place a hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and the intention to mare the afore- said improvement.
