voting aye on roll call.
Moved by ,Traub, s- econded by Hed.ges, that this being the time and place for receiving bids
for the construction of 'a .pipe line in the NE NE 19 -13 -19 E•W•M., and the bid of Phipps
& Roberts in the sum of $5422.50 for cement concrete pipe, it is hereby ordered that said
contract be awarded to them; carried, Dudley Hedges-and Traub voting aye on roll :call.
